The Mother Hen Modern bistro!
Since July 5, the berruyers can eat in this space subtly combining modernity and authenticity: slates, beautiful modern chandeliers, original lamps from diverted objects. The owner, Laurent Vernin, gave free rein to his creativity with the help of Didier Benoist (the workshop of the contraption). Between contemporary, authentic and industrial touches, good taste is at the rendezvous. By observing well, you will discover unusual places such as the "House Hen" which contains the mascot of the restaurant: Pouic-Pouic, but also the sausage cellar behind the counter. In the plate also modernity mixes with tradition, you can share a board with friends, enjoy a good farm chicken or choose the exotic menu with a bò bún! Obviously, the restaurant favors local products with 7 partners 100% Berrichons: farm patrouillats, poultry mill, the taste of the marshes, Josephine's oils, the Dubois goat, Vinpava and finally the domains Minchin.
Your meal may be even animated by a musical improvisation since the restaurant has a piano and a guitar! An address soon to be missed in Bourges
